By engaging with Vibgyor Consultants, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions as outlined below.
The Service Fee would be 8.33% (per annum) of CTC. Vibgyor Consultants will raise the Invoice after 90 days of the candidate joining the services, and the client shall pay the invoiced amount within 30 days of raising the invoice.
Vibgyor Consultants will provide a free replacement if the selected candidate leaves within90 days of joining.
All client and candidate information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We do not share details with third parties without prior consent.
Vibgyor Consultants is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from employment decisions made based on our recommendations.
Vibgyor Consultants reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes accordingly.
